Overall, Villains is a more uplifting and rhythmic album than their previous release while satisfying all the expectations of wanting new music but still being surprised by what this band can come up with. If you were like me and were not blown away from the first singles but love Queens of the Stone Age, give this album a chance because you might really find something you love buried in the track list.
